About

I'm a University of Oxford graduate with a passion for writing, editing, communications, and brand and content strategy. Formerly the Deputy Managing Director of luxury leather house Kat van Duinen, I cut my teeth at Condé Nast's Glamour magazine before moving into the luxury space, garnering a wealth of experience in brand direction, strategy and marketing, as well as in business change and management within an SME environment. I have also been the Deputy Editor of Cosmopolitan magazine, and a prolific contributor to titles including Harper's Bazaar Art, Marie Claire and more.

I've worked on campaigns and content marketing strategies for brands such as Takealot.com, Sanlam Reality, The Foschini Group, Unilever, Yardley, Revlon, Forever New and Distell, to name but a few, with a strong ability to drive synergy between editorial and commercial objectives and strategies, and deliver proven ROI.

I'm currently Chief Content Officer at Publicis Machine (part of Publicis Groupe), and am based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Awards include: Pearl Impact Awards (Content Council New York, Honourable Mentions 2019), Assegai Awards (2018, Silver) and several SA Publication Forum Awards (2018).
